Terms of Service

CareCert is a compliance copilot for Australian NDIS providers. It helps run your registration journey and operates as an ongoing compliance aid — registers, incident triage, deadlines, and rule-change tracking.

CareCert prepares documents and notifications; it does not submit anything to the NDIS Commission on your behalf. Every lodgement, notification, and compliance decision remains your organisation’s responsibility. CareCert’s outputs are a drafting and organisational aid, not legal or compliance advice, and do not replace your obligation to consult the NDIS Commission’s own publications or a qualified adviser where it matters.

Regulatory answers surfaced by CareCert carry a citation back to the rules data or guidance corpus behind them. Where CareCert cannot confirm an answer, it says so rather than guessing. You remain responsible for verifying anything that affects a regulatory decision.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of information your organisation enters. You must not upload participant-identifying data (see our Privacy Policy) — CareCert is built not to store it, and doing so may result in that data being removed.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee it. If the AI drafting service is unavailable, deterministic features (registers, deadlines, rules lookups, exports) continue to work — the copilot chat degrades to retrieval-only rather than the app going dark.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach these Terms.
